Guidelines for taking Admission in M.A/ M.Sc./M.Com

  • Provisional admission will be taken as per the merit list published by the college admission committee.
    • >> कॉलेज admission committee द्वारा प्रकाशित मेरिट सूची के अनुसार Provisional admission लिया जाएगा।
  • The selected candidates can take provisional admission only after physical document verification (required list of documents given below).
    • >> चयनित उम्मीदवार physical दस्तावेज सत्यापन (नीचे दिए गए दस्तावेजों की आवश्यक सूची) के बाद ही admission ले सकते हैं।
  • The specified date and time of DOCUMENT verification is given in the attached merit list
    • >>दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन की निर्दिष्ट तिथि और समय संलग्न मेरिट सूची में दिया गया है|
  • After successful verification of documents the applicant will be entitled to deposit the requisite amount of online admission fee within the due date.
    • >> दस्तावेजों के सफल सत्यापन के बाद आवेदक निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर ऑनलाइन प्रवेश शुल्क की अपेक्षित राशि जमा करने का हकदार होगा।
  • The admission fee will be paid online, only through the Chancellor Portal https://jharkhanduniversities.nic.in
    • >>प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान केवल चांसलर पोर्टल https://jharkhanduniversities.nic.in के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा।
  • At the time of physical verification the selected candidates must bring the following documents with them..
    • >> physical सत्यापन के समय चयनित उम्मीदवारों को अपने साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज लाने होंगे।
    • Original admit card and mark sheet of class 10th, 12th & U.G .
    • Registration slip/College I.card of the last examination passed
    • Original marks sheet provisional certificate and admit card of U.G
    • Original College leaving certificate (CLC) & Original Character certificate (CC) .
    • Original Migration certificate.
    • Original Caste,income,EWS,BPL certificate if applicable.
    • Hard copy of the downloaded application form
    • Xerox copies (2 sets) of the above documents.
    • Passport/Stamp size (1 each) photographs for college identity card.
    • Duly filled Registration Form. (Download from College Website www.marwaricollegeranchi.ac.in)
